Lignano Holiday is a consortium bringing together over 70 hotels and accommodation facilities in the tourist resort of Lignano. The consortium’s communications must address the needs of a broad and diverse audience through a variety of channels, tools, and touchpoints. In this context, it is essential to build a communication system capable of guiding users, simplifying access to services, and showcasing the area's overall offering.
