Context

La San Marco is a well-structured brand with numerous touchpoints: products, sales networks, trade fairs, digital channels, corporate communications, and sales support materials. In such a complex landscape, consistency does not stem from a single initiative, but rather from a coordinated approach capable of integrating strategy, production, and channels—ensuring long-term continuity and bringing order to complexity.

Objectives

• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, both online and offline • Streamline the production of content and communication materials • Support sales activities with clear, up-to-date, and coordinated tools • Build a communication system that is manageable and sustainable over time

Primastudio's role

We partnered with La San Marco, working continuously to oversee the project's overall direction. Our role involved the strategic and operational coordination of activities—ranging from defining standards to producing materials—with the aim of maintaining consistency, quality, and order across all channels and media.
